Membership Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month memberships may be canceled at any time; however, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.

Commitment-based memberships may only be canceled after the full commitment term has been completed. Once the commitment term has ended, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the next billing date to prevent the next scheduled payment from processing.

If a cancellation request is received less than 15 days before the billing date, the next scheduled payment will still be processed, and the membership will remain active through that billing period.
